Compress PDF reduces the file size of a PDF while keeping quality as high as possible — right in your browser, no account required.

How to Use

The process is simple and consists of three basic steps:

Step 1: Upload Your File

• Go to PDF Tools and select "Compress PDF."

• Drag and drop a PDF file into the upload area, or click to browse your computer.

Step 2: Choose a Compression Level

• Extreme Compression — less quality, high compression, smallest file size.

• Recommended Compression — good quality, good compression. This is the best balance for most documents.

• Less Compression — high quality, less compression, for when visual fidelity matters most.

Step 3: Compress and Download

• Click "Compress", then confirm in the dialog that appears.

• Once processing is complete, you'll see the size reduction (for example, from 6.7 MB to 3.5 MB). Click "Download Document" to save the compressed file to your device.
