# PDF to Word

**PDF to Word** accurately converts PDF documents into editable Word files with preserved formatting — right in your browser, no account required.

### **How to Use**

The process is simple and consists of three basic steps:

#### **Step 1: Upload Your File**

* Go to **PDF Tools** and select **"PDF to Word."**
* Drag and drop a PDF file into the upload area, or click to browse your computer.

#### **Step 2: Configure the Conversion**

* The **Output format** is preset to **Word (.docx)**.
* If your file is a scanned document (images rather than selectable text), turn on **"Scanned PDF (OCR)"** so the system can extract the text accurately.
