Scan to PDF lets you turn a set of photos or scanned images into a single, organized PDF document — right in your browser, no account required.

How to Use

The process is simple and consists of three basic steps:

Step 1: Upload Your Images

• Go to PDF Tools and select "Scan to PDF."

• Drag and drop two or more image files into the upload area, or click to browse your computer.

Step 2: Arrange Your Pages

• Drag the image thumbnails to reorder them — this order becomes the page order in the final PDF.

• Check the total number of files and pages shown on the right before continuing.

Step 3: Create and Download

• Click "Scan to PDF."

• Once processing is complete, click "Download Document" to save the combined PDF to your device.
