File Storage Policy

1. For Free Credit Users

• Storage Duration: Files are stored for 1 month from the translation date.

• Extension of Storage:

  • If you purchase any paid package within 1 month before the file expires, the file will be stored for an additional 1 year from the translation date.

  • If no paid package is purchased, the file will be deleted after 1 month and cannot be restored.

• Note: Currently, no renewal policy is available except in the case mentioned above.

2. For Paid Credit Users

• Storage Duration: Files are stored for 1 year from the translation date.

• Extension of Storage:

  • Currently, no renewal policy is available except by purchasing an additional paid package.

  • Once expired, the file will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

3. When Joining a Team (Organizational Files)

• File Storage:

  • All files translated when joining a Team will be stored in the Team's Organizational Files.

• Access Permissions:

  • Owner: Can view all files in the Team's Organizational Files.

  • Admin and Member: Can only view the files they translated.

• Leaving the Team:

  • If you leave the Team, you will no longer have access to files in the Team's Organizational Files.

  • File ownership belongs to the Team, not to individual users.

4. General Notes

• Files cannot be restored once they are deleted due to expired storage.

• This policy may change based on system upgrades and storage resources.
