# Invite/Change Permissions/Remove Member

Invite new members

**Requirement:** The member must have already created a personal Doctranslate.io account.

***Note**: Invited members will receive a confirmation email and join the organization via the invitation email.*

**Changes to roles and authority**

***Note:** When members change roles, they will receive an email notification regarding the change in their permissions within the organization.*

**Remove member**

***Note:** Members removed from the organization will not be able to access the “organization translation history.”*

**View member permissions within the organization**
