The file translation feature enables easy translation of documents in various formats (.xlsx, .docx, .pptx, and .pdf). With this feature, users can quickly and accurately convert and translate text documents, presentations, and spreadsheets from one language to another with options: Translation category, style type, and specialization selection.
Note: Regular PDF files and scanned PDF files (with images) will be charged different credits. The file translation feature also allows for the translation of images within files and bilingual translation for materials containing images.
💡 Steps to translate the document:
Step 1: Drag or drop the file (.xlsx, .docx, .pptx, .pdf format)
Step 2: Select the translation language for the document
Step 3: You can choose "Translation language" and customize "Tone", "Domain", "Translate images within files", "Bilingual", "Custom prompt," or "My dictionary."
If you choose a bilingual translation, you can change the color and font style of the translated text.
If you choose custom prompts, you can provide specific requirements or instructions to personalize the translated text.
If you choose "My dictionary", you can utilize your previously saved vocabulary to optimize the translation.
Step 4: Check your Credit balance and click "Translate now" to start translating the document.

Step 5: Review the information and confirm before translating.
Step 6: Download the translated file, evaluate the translation quality, or create a sharing link. You can download the translated file by clicking the "Download" button.
You can share the translated file with friends or partners by clicking the "Share" button.
You can evaluate the translation results through the "Rating" button.
Note: You can also download the translated file via your registered email: Doctranslate will send the translated file to your registered email address, or you can access it in "Translation History"
