Step 1: Create a New Conversation in Live Translation.
Step 2: Enable "Subtitle" in the conversation settings.
Once enabled, subtitles will automatically appear in the application.
Step 3: Open your Presentation Slides and position the subtitles appropriately on the screen.
Step 4: Configure Subtitle Display Settings and check/grant Microphone access:
Text Size: Choose between Large - Medium - Small depending on your display needs.
Language Display:
Hide Original Language: Only show the translated language, suitable for continuous information updates.
Show Original Language: Display both the input language and the translated language to help verify translation accuracy and avoid misunderstandings.
Step 5: Start your presentation.
Share the entire screen: When presenting online via Google Meet, Zoom, etc., ensure the option to share the entire screen is enabled so viewers can see the subtitles.
Check the microphone: Make sure the microphone is working smoothly for the best translation quality.
Stable environment: Avoid noisy surroundings to improve subtitle accuracy.
